Welcome to Saona Island
Saona Island is located in the southeastern part of the Dominican Republic. Its known for coral reef and starfish beaches. It has a tropical climate, like the rest of Dominican Republic. One cool thing about Saona Island is that the Pirate of the Carribean was filmed here. The surface area is 42 square miles.
This is a village located on Saona island. There is only around 300 people living here.
Finding Starfish is very common in the oceans of Saona Island.
